Southern Region Teams & Synchro Competition - Abingdon - 19th October 2025

Well done to all our trampoline gymnasts who competed today, fantastic results from everyone. A huge thank you to all the helpers and officials who the club helped host this competition.

IRCCF - Birmingham - 12th and 13th July 2025

We are so proud of our trampoline gymnasts representing the Southern region at the Inter-Regional Challenge Cup Final (IRCCF). It was held at the Utilita Arena in Birmingham, competing against gymnasts from all the regions across Britain.

Trampoline Summer Competition - Slough - 5th July 2025

What a weekend of competitions! Thank you to Phoenix Trampoline Club for inviting us to their summer club competition. Our recreational bouncers and mini squad had a great day competing.

Trampoline English Championships - Coventry - 5th and 6th July 2025

Well done to our gymnasts who competed at the English Championships this year. Great performances and even coming away with a silver medal!

Trampoline English Qualifier 2 - Telford - 31st May and 1st June 2025

Congratulations to our 4 gymnasts competing at the 2nd English Championships qualifier of the year. They smashed all routines and have all qualified to the finals being held in July!

Gymnastics Development Squad competition - Carterton, Oxfordshire - May 18th 2025

This was a big day for the gymnasts, their first gymnastics competition, and they quickly grew in confidence and performed well. Fantastic results to all our gymnasts, we are very proud of them all. Well done to everyone who took part and the coaches.  

Trampoline Regional Club Cup & Challenge Cup Championships - Eastleigh - 29th April 2025

Congratulations to all our trampoline squads, you all did it again at the Regional Championships. 9 gymnasts have been selected for the Regional Squad to compete at the IRCCF at the Utilita Arena in Birmingham in July!

Regional Challenge Cup Series 2 - Eastleigh - 1st March 2025

28 of our trampoline gymnasts competed at the second regional of the year, coming away with lots of personal bests and several medals! Well done to all those that competed.

Regional Challenge Cup Series 1 - Eastleigh - 8th February 2025

Gymnastics & Trampoline Winter Club Competition - Abingdon - 16th November 2024

English Trampoline & DMT Championships - Telford - 19th and 20th October 2024

Well done to Jack and Rachel for competing at the English Championships in the Gold Trampoline Seniors category, coming 7th and 11th respectively.

English Trampoline & DMT Qualification 2 - Birmingham - 13th and 14th July 2024

Congratulations to Jack and Rachel for competing at the 2nd English Championships Qualifier, each in the Gold Trampoline Seniors category, coming 6th and 12th respectively. This was the second English Qualification event of the year, with the top gymnasts over both qualifier events qualifying to the English Championships.

IRCCF - Birmingham - 6th and 7th July 2024

The Inter-Regional Challenge Cup Final (IRCCF) was held at the Utilita Arena in Birmingham, with the top gymnasts from each region competing against each other. Heights is so proud of our gymnasts who competed, and we came away with 2 bronze medals!

Trampoline Summer Club Competition - Abingdon - 30th June 2024

Well done to all that entered. It was great to see our gymnasts trying out individual and synchronised trampolining. We are so proud of all our gymnasts and it was great to host our guests from Phoenix Trampoline Club.

Trampoline Regional Challenge Cup Series 2 - Eastleigh - 30th March 2024

The 2nd Regional trampoline competition was held in Eastleigh, Southampton. Well done to the 22 trampoline gymnasts who competed today, achieving personal goals and qualifications to the final on 13th April!

A huge congratulations to all our trampoline competitors, we came away with several medals and many personal bests! With so many gymnasts qualifying to the April competition, it's a great start to the 2024 competition season.

Southern Region Teams Competition - Isle of Wight - 22nd October 2023

Two Heights teams went on a trip to the Isle of Wight to compete against other clubs from across the Southern Region. Division 3 came an incredible 2nd, and Division 2 did amazingly well coming 1st, with a huge 20 point lead!

IRCCF - Birmingham - 23rd and 24th September 2023

The top gymnasts from 13 regions across the UK competed at the Utilita Arena in Birmingham for the Inter-Regional Challenge Cup Final (IRCCF). All our trampoline gymnasts did so well, with Heights coming away with 1 gold and 2 bronze medals. 

English Championships - Telford - 15th and 16th July 2023

Well done to Rachel for reaching the final at the English Championships in Telford and coming an amazing 5th place!

Club Cup Series & Regional Challenge Championships - Eastleigh - 8th July 2023

Well done to all those that competed at this competition. It was a huge success with 9 Heights members qualifying to the Inter-Regional Challenge Cup Final (IRCCF) plus 2 in reserve - our most successful qualifier yet!

English Trampoline & DMT Qualification 2 - Telford - 10th and 11th June 2023

Congratulations to Rachel for coming 12th out of 24 in the Gold Trampoline Seniors category, and qualifying to the English Championships being held in July! This was the second English Qualification event of the year, with the top 32 gymnasts over both qualifier events qualifying to the English Championships.

Trampoline Regional Challenge Cup Series 2 - Eastleigh- 20th May 2023

Second regional qualifier of the season and lots of success again. Congratulations to everyone, especially to those who were competing at a regional competition for the first time! You always make us so proud regardless of the outcomes.

Trampoline Regional Challenge Cup Series 1 - Eastleigh - 15th April 2023

First regional qualifier of the year and we are so proud of all our trampoline gymnasts. We away with a total of 12 medals, with the second qualifier just a few weeks away!

Trampoline & Gymnastics Easter Club Competition - 1st April 2023

Trampoline Christmas Club Competition - 3rd December 2022

Fantastic perfomances from our trampoline gymnasts at the annual Christmas club competition! It was open to all our trampoline members, with brilliant results being achieved.

Southern Region Teams Competition - 30th October 2022

Heights had 3 teams of 8 gymnasts compete within their divisions, with the top 6 scores counting per team. All three teams did brilliantly with everyone coming away with a medal. Division 2 did exceedingly well coming 1st, winning gold medals as well as the Division 2 Team Cup!

IRCCF - 3rd and 4th September 2022

The top gymnasts from the Southern region competed at the EIS in Sheffield for the Inter-Regional Challenge Cup Final (IRCCF). Heights had eights competitors who qualified, and we came away with a bronze and silver medal.

Regional Championships - 9th July 2022

Back in Eastleigh for the final time of the year, competitors from the Southern region competed for a chance to qualify to the IRCCF. The top 2 gymnasts per group at each level qualified to compete in Sheffield in September 2022. Seven Heights members have qualified with two in reserve!

Regional & Club Challenge Cup Series 2 - 14th May 2022

This competition was the second and final chance to qualify to the next round of the competition. Gymnasts had to meet the requirements. We are proud to say all our gymnasts qualified!

Heights Spring Trampoline Competition - 2nd April 2022

This club competition was open to all trampoline gymnasts within the club, giving everyone the opportunity to compete in the run up to Easter!

Regional & Club Challenge Cup Series 1 - 19th February 2022

In Eastleigh, gymnasts got to perform their routines for the first regional of the year. This was the first qualifier round to get through to the Regional Championships later in the year.

Christmas Club Competition - December 2021

It was that time of year for the Heights annual Christmas club competition! Open for all trampoline and gymnastics members, it was the perfect opportunity to to try out new routines. 

Spennylympics - 2021

Stuart and Charlotte completed all Olympic events during the 17 days of the Tokyo Olympics in 2021, raising money for Motor Neurone Disease Association. Heights supported them throughout this, giving them trampolining opportunities and coaching.

NDP Test Event - Eastleigh - January 2020
